Les Petites Bouchées & Pitas was founded by Roman Morozov and Daniil Karpenko in Riga, Latvia, in 2024. All recipes were inspired by the culinary traditions of the French Riviera and crafted in collaboration with our friends—talented chefs from Nice, on the Côte d'Azur.

Our mission is to redefine fast food culture by transforming it into a casual dining experience. Fast food doesn’t have to mean quick and low-quality it can mean fast service combined with the quality of a fine restaurant. We are here to set a new standard for fast yet exceptional dining.
